i totally forgot to mention that i actually went to a book signing/reading thing on thursday.
oh and yeah, Dave Eggers was there.
yeah, yeah, he's funny and great, but get this: i didn't even bring my "McSweeney's" or "A Heartbreaking Work..." to get signed.
That's weird, right?
i was shocked and appalled by my seeming indifference. and i didn't even stick around afterwards.
he signed my friend abi's book with a cute little dragon character.
i hate her and her stupid signed book.
